Description OACNC 6061-T6 Billet Aluminum. Not cast. Solid brass plate blades. Stainless steel shafts. Designed and tested using a SuperFlow SF-1020 air flow bench. Bench ground, hand polished, assembled, and calibrated. Manufactured in California, USA by Accufab. Improved air flow More horsepower. Race proven. Available Versions: Accufab’s 70mm throttle body is available in Standard and Race versions. Important, Race version requires 4″ tubing at inlet and has no vacuum elbow. Application: This 70mm Accufab throttle body and throttle body in combination with spacer is specifically designed as a direct bolt on for use on the 1986 – 1993 Ford Mustang 5.0L. Technical Notes: Idle speed should only be set by adjusting the throttle position sensor. DO NOT adjust any screws on the throttle body. These screws are pre-set at Accufab. Accessories Included: The throttle body gasket, IAC gasket and EGR gaskets are included where applicable. No mounting hardware available. Accufab has several optional accessories to help adapt an Accufab 5.0L Ford style throttle body to be used with GM electronics instead of Ford electronics. For example, we offer a TPS adapter to use your GM TPS (Throttle Position Sensor) or an IAC (Idle Air Control) adapter to use your GM IAC.
