Had a roof mounted digital antenna for my digital television for about 10-11 years and it started failing around August. 2024. For some reason it recently lost ability to receive a couple of local stations (PBS, Fox) it used to receive. Didn’t know if it was the actual roof mounted part or the electronic box that was located in the house. Even as such, while it got most local stations and allot of out of town stations, for some odd reason it never picked up the local CBS affiliate where I live. Thought to give this product a try as it wasn’t a huge investment.In short, this worked VERY well for me: it was very easy to install and set up. I connected the two cables to the television in about 10 minutes. Since it was easier to install the antenna “box” in the inside of my house next to a window rather than mount it on an outside wall of the house (it comes with approx. 20-25 feet of cable), I hoped installing it there would allow it to work effectively. I was amazed at how well it worked: I was even able to receive the CBS station I never could receive previously, as well as the Fox and PBS stations my old antenna recently lost somehow.One suggestion: since it’s much easier to do, if you do mount the antenna on an inside wall, you should mount it next to a window, and if possible, on a wall that faces the direction where the television stations in your locality have located their transmission antennas.Would highly recommend this product.
